Gang warfare comes to the Aett

So unless you've had your head under a bush for the last couple of months then you've probably guessed what this post is a about. Well I've decided to dive onto the Necromunda band wagon. So as well as all the standard stuff that I normally post about I will update you on the progress and conquests of my yet to be name Escher gang.

The Path to Path2Confrontation: part 4

So this is probably the final instalment of the path to confrontation series as the event is on Sunday. There are a couple of little bits left to go but most of it is all done, so here is a quick wrap up of what I've managed to get done in the last week or so since the last post.

Projects Updates

So I thought I'd take a chance to just post about what I've done over the last couple of weeks and let people know where I'm taking my armies and projects next. Also managed to take a bit of a hobby break last week which has refreshed me to start back at some bits and pieces.

First BBQ of the season, not hobby related but was super tasty

Regaining the Hobby Mojo

So first post in a long while. To be honest although I have been hobbying I haven't really felt the desire to interact with the community or post photos of my work as I haven't really felt inspired in any real way, plus I've had life things to sort out. But now the life things have been sorted and Inferno has now dropped plus a couple of other bits and pieces I thought it would be worth writing some more bits and pieces. So without further a do lets get on with it!

Army I took to the Warhammer World Heresy Doubles event

Up coming projects

So there is plenty to do although less time than I'd like (thanks to a new full time job starting on Monday) so I'm just going to summarise what a need to get done over the summer. I am trying to get a whole bunch of different projects finished up, so that I can either sell them on or put them out for display.

A quick update

This post is just going to be a quick update before a little bit of radio silence that will occur. You're second army showcase from Amy will be up soon but I have my dissertation to do in the next couple of weeks.

This Weeks update

So there has been a lot of bits and pieces I've been working on/starting over the weekend (it's amazing how much hobbying you can get done when you are procrastinating). Below is just a little showcase of that and hopefully I'll have some other bits and pieces for you in the near future.

Armies on Parade and Haul

So this week has been a good week for the hobby, my latest order from Forge world arrived and more progress has been done on the board.

New toys

So again today will just be a short one as I haven't really got very much 30k hobbying done this week, although I have done some. On Monday I got some new goodies in the post. Firstly another three thallax with a photon thruster. Hopefully I'll get this built and painted in the next couple of weeks.

Death Guard Legion Glaive Built

Hi guys,

One of the highlights of going to the Forge World Open Day, along with the awesome displays and meeting the designers, was getting myself the mighty Legion Glaive for my growing Death Guard army.

They packaged all the large kits in cardboard boxes at the event, as in the past they would just give you all the parts in a plastic bag. It shows they are placing more importance on packaging and product quality which is good to see.

Shiny Resin

That's right, my order arrived

As always it is great when new material arrives, it means time to build more and add more to your army (after finishing the current painting pile...)
